Section 7.1.2. 27 Employees will be compensated at their regular hourly rate for attending all District-required meetings 28 and training sessions that are not part of initial employment qualification requirements. Employees 29 shall be compensated for subsequent training and/or meetings, including those which are a condition of 30 continued employment.
Section 7.1.2. 15 The agreed upon full-time work-year is 260 days.
Section 7.1.2. 19 Employees in the job classification of Safety Enhancement Assistant and Weekend/Rover 20 Custodian shall normally work no more than a forty (40) hour workweek. Such workweek may 21 include Saturday and/or Sunday, at their regular rate of pay, notwithstanding the provisions of 22 Section 7.1. and 7.3.1. Overtime shall be as specified in Section 7.9.1. When a shift schedule is 23 altered for these positions, the affected employee will be given twenty-four (24) hour notice 24 which may be waived by the employee.
Section 7.1.2. 21 No regular scheduled shift shall be for less than two (2) hours except as provided for in Section 7.12.1.
Section 7.1.2. 25 No employee, other than drivers and bus assistants, shall be given a change in shift without 26 forty-eight (48) hours prior notice, except for emergencies. The supervisor/director and 27 employee can mutually agree to waive the 48-hour time line.
