Section 7.14. 43 Employees who have accrued sick leave while employed by another public school district in the 44 State of Washington shall be given credit for such accrued sick leave upon employment by the 45 District.
Section 7.14. 44 All paraeducators and library technicians shall work one (1) hour per month to participate in the early- 45 release staff planning at the building to which the paraeducator is assigned for the largest portion of 46 their duties.
Section 7.14. 10 If a holiday occurs during the time that an employee is using vacation leave, the holiday shall not 11 be counted as a vacation day.

Section 7.14. 19 Employees shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours pay, at overtime rates, for each duty call, provided 20 they are a contracted two hundred sixty (260) day, eight (8) hour a day employee. All other employees 21 will receive two (2) hours of their regular pay for each duty call, unless they have worked forty (40) hours 22 during the week of the duty call. Then they shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours pay at overtime 23 rates, for each duty call. A duty call is defined as any work other than the normal work shift and workday 24 noncontiguous with the normal work shift or workday.
