Common use of Section 7.4 Clause in Contracts

Section 7.4. 11 In the event an employee is assigned to a shift less than the normal work shift previously defined in 12 this Article, the employee shall be given a paid fifteen (15) minute rest period for each four (4) hours 13 of work.

Section 7.4. 11 30 In the event an employee is assigned to a shift less than the normal work shift previously defined in 12 31 this Article, the employee shall be given a paid fifteen (15) minute rest period for each four three (43) hours 13 of 32 work.

Section 7.4. 11 9 In the event an employee is assigned to a shift less than the normal work shift previously defined in 12 10 this Article, the employee shall be given a paid fifteen ten (1510) minute rest period for each four two (42) hours 13 of work, 11 provided the assigned shift is in excess of three (3) hours.

Section 7.4. 11 31 In the event an employee is assigned to a shift less than the normal work shift previously defined in 12 this the 32 Article, the employee shall be given a paid fifteen (15) minute rest period for each four two (42) hours 13 of work.

Section 7.4. 11 12 In the event an employee is assigned to a shift less than the normal work shift previously defined in 12 this 13 Article, the employee shall be given a paid fifteen (15) minute paid rest period for each employee who works up 14 to four (4) hours 13 of workper day. Additionally, all employees who work five (5) hours or more shall receive a 15 thirty-minute (30) uninterrupted lunch break.

Section 7.4. 11 36 In the event an employee is assigned to a shift less than the normal work shift previously defined in 12 this the Article, the 37 employee shall be given a paid fifteen (15) minute rest period for each four two (42) hours 13 of work.. 38

Section 7.4. 11 2 In the event an employee is assigned to a shift less than the normal work shift previously defined in 12 3 this Article, the employee shall be given a paid fifteen (15) minute rest period for each 4 consecutive/continuous four (4) hours 13 of work. Employees assigned six (6) or more hours shall be 5 given two (2) 15-minute rest periods and an unpaid lunch period.

Section 7.4. 11 27 In the event an employee is assigned to a shift less than the normal work shift previously defined in 12 this 28 Article, the employee shall be given a paid fifteen (15) minute rest period for each four (4) hours 13 of work.

Section 7.4. 11 30 In the event an employee is assigned to a shift less than the normal work shift previously defined in 12 this the 31 Article, the employee shall be given a paid fifteen (15) minute rest period for each four two (42) hours 13 of work.

Section 7.4. 11 32 In the event an employee is assigned to a shift less than the normal work shift previously defined in 12 33 this Article, the employee shall be given a paid fifteen (15) minute rest period for each four (4) hours 13 of 34 work.

Section 7.4. 11 27 In the event an employee is assigned to a shift less than the normal work shift previously defined in 12 28 this Article, the employee shall be given a paid fifteen (15) minute rest period for each four (4) hours 13 of 29 work.

Section 7.4. 11 33 In the event an employee is assigned to a shift less than the normal work shift previously defined in 12 34 this Article, the employee shall be given a paid fifteen (15) minute rest period for within each four (4) hours 13 of 35 work.

Section 7.4. 11 7 In the event an employee is assigned to a shift less than the normal work shift previously defined in 12 this Articleshift, the employee shall be 8 given a paid fifteen (15) minute rest period when feasible for each four three (43) hours 13 of work.

Section 7.4. 11 24 In the event an employee is assigned to a shift less than the normal work shift previously defined in 12 25 this Article, the employee shall be given a paid fifteen (15) minute rest period for each four (4) hours 13 of 26 work.

Section 7.4. 11 20 In the event an employee is assigned to a shift less than the normal work shift previously defined in 12 21 this Article, the employee shall be given a paid fifteen (15) minute rest period for each four (4) hours 13 of 22 work.

Section 7.4. 11 41 In the event an employee is assigned to a shift less than the normal work shift previously defined in 12 42 this Article, the employee shall be given a paid fifteen (15) minute second half rest period for each four three 43 and one-half (43½) consecutive hours 13 or more of work.. 44
