Section 7.9. Overtime. 35 In the assignment of overtime, the District agrees to provide the employee with as much advance notice 36 as practicable in the circumstances. Normally, employees designated to work overtime on days outside 37 their regular workweek will be advised of the possibility no later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the 38 end of the last shift before the overtime commences, except in case of emergency. 39
Section 7.9. Overtime. 10 All hours worked in excess of forty (40) hours per week shall be compensated at the rate of one and 11 one-half (1½) times the employee’s base pay.
Section 7.9. Overtime. 27 Overtime assignments (with the exception of gender specific wrestling tournaments where the work 28 will be offered by seniority to a custodian of the same gender as the participants) shall be distributed in 29 accordance with the seniority provisions as hereinafter provided in Article X, Section 10.7. In the 30 assignment of overtime, the District agrees to provide the employee with as much advance notice as 31 practicable in the circumstances. Normally, employees designated to work overtime on days outside 32 their regular workweek will be advised of the possibility no later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to 33 the end of the last shift before the overtime commences, subject to a reasonable period of time for 34 telephone calls.

Section 7.9. Overtime. 31 All compensated hours over forty (40) in one week will be paid at time and one-half (1½). For example, 32 if a holiday falls in the workweek and the employee works more than thirty-two (32) hours, he/she will 33 be paid for all hours worked beyond thirty-two (32) hours at time and one-half (1½).
Section 7.9. Overtime. 40 All authorized hours worked more than forty (40) per week, shall be compensated at the rate of one 41 and one-half (1 1/2) times the employee's base hourly rate. Employees called back for special service 42 shall receive no less than two (2) hours pay per call at the appropriate rate of pay. The District may, at 43 its option, require two (2) hours work. Overtime will be paid unless there is a compensatory time 44 arrangement.
