Common use of Section 8 Clause in Contracts

Section 8. 3 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word “and” where it appears at the end of clause (d) thereof; (ii) deleting the period at the end of clause (e) thereof and substituting “; and” therefor; and (iii) adding the following new clause (f) at the end of such section in appropriate sequence:

Section 8. 3 10 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word “and” where it appears at the end of clause subsection (d) thereof; (ii) deleting ), replacing the period at the end of clause subsection (e) thereof and substituting with “; and” therefor; ”, and (iii) adding the following as a new clause subsection (f) at the end of such section in appropriate sequence:):

Section 8. 3 2 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word “and” where it appears appearing at the end of clause (dj) thereof; , (ii) deleting the period appearing at the end of clause (ek) thereof and substituting “; and” therefor; thereof, and (iii) adding inserting the following new clause (fl) at the end of such section in appropriate sequencethereof:

Section 8. 3 1 (Indebtedness) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word “and” where it appears at the end of clause paragraph (dn), changing existing paragraph (o) thereof; to paragraph (iip) deleting the period at the end of clause and inserting new paragraph (eo) thereof and substituting “; and” therefor; and (iii) adding the following new clause (f) at the end of such section in appropriate sequenceas follows:

Section 8. 3 15 of the Revolving Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting to delete the word “and” where it appears at the end of clause paragraph (d) thereof; (ii) deleting the period at the end of clause (e) thereof b), and substituting “; and” therefor; and (iii) adding add the following new clause paragraph (f) at the end of such section in appropriate sequence:d):
