Section 8.1.4. Worked Holidays. 34 Employees who are required to work on the above-described holidays shall receive the pay due 35 them for the holiday, plus their base rate for all hours worked on such holidays.
Section 8.1.4. Worked Holidays. 5 Employees who are required by the Superintendent to work on the above described holidays 6 shall receive the pay due them for the holiday, plus twice their base rate for all hours worked on 7 such holidays. No employee shall work on a paid holiday unless specifically requested by the 8 Superintendent.
