Common use of Section 8.1.4. Worked Holidays Clause in Contracts

Section 8.1.4. Worked Holidays. 34 Employees who are required to work on the above-described holidays shall receive the pay due 35 them for the holiday, plus their base rate for all hours worked on such holidays.
