SECTION I - DEFINITIONS. As used in this Agreement, the following terms will have the following meanings unless otherwise stated or reasonably required by the Agreement, and other forms of any defined words will have a meaning parallel thereto. All terms defined in the most recent version of the Engineers Joint Contract Documents Committee (EJCDC) Standard General Conditions of the Construction Contract (the “General Conditions”) adopted by City will have the same meaning when used in this Agreement unless otherwise specifically stated or in the case of a conflict in which case the definition used in this Agreement will prevail in the interpretation of this Agreement.
