Common use of Section Posting of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Section Posting of Agreement. The Company will provide a bulletin board in each Company lunchroom or dispatch area for the posting of this Agreement and for such notices as the Union or Company may time to time wish to post. The said Union notices shall be posted and signed by an elected or appointed officer or other authorized representative of the Union. Section2 Each new employee and owner operator when hired by the Company will be by the Company that he is to contact the Union office or shop xxxxxxx for the purpose of becoming a Union member and signing the authorization card authorizing the Company to deduct his earnings Union initiation fees, Union dues other assessorial charges as levied him in accordance with the constitution and by-laws of the Union of which he is a member and so on the monthly or quarterly list as provided by the Union to the Company. The Company shall remit same to the Union not later than (15) days the date that the deduction was made the employee's wages.
