Common use of Section, Schedule and Exhibit References Clause in Contracts

Section, Schedule and Exhibit References. All references contained in this Agreement to Sections, Schedules and Exhibits shall be deemed to be references to Sections of, and Schedules and Exhibits attached to, this Agreement, except to the extent that any such reference specifically refers to another document. All references to Sections shall be deemed to also refer to all subsections of such Sections, if any.
