Standard Specifications 6.2 The Employer is not responsible for the completeness of the Tendering Documents and their addenda, if they were not obtained directly from the source stated by the Employer in the Invitation for Bids. 6.3 The Tenderer is expected to examine all instructions, forms, terms, and specifications in the Tendering Document. Failure to furnish all information or documentation required by the Tendering Documents may result in the rejection of the bid .
