Secured Party’s Rights and Remedies. 1. Secured Party may assign this Security Agreement without the consent of Debtor. In the event of such assignment, the assignee shall be entitled, upon notifying Debtor, to the performance of all obligations of Debtor hereunder and to all rights and remedies of Secured Party hereunder. Debtor will assert no claims or defenses that Debtor may have against Secured Party against any assignee hereof.
