Common use of Securities Administrator Account Clause in Contracts

Securities Administrator Account. On the Closing Date, the Securities Administrator shall open and shall thereafter maintain an account to be held in trust (the "Securities Administrator Account"), entitled "Xxxxx Fargo Bank Minnesota, N.A., as Securities Administrator, in trust for the benefit of the Holders of Structured Asset Securities Corporation Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2002-8A." The Securities Administrator Account shall relate solely to the Certificates issued by the Trust Fund hereunder, and funds in such Securities Administrator Account shall not be commingled with any other monies.
