Securities Law Filings. Except as provided in paragraphs (a) and (b) above, promptly and in any event within 15 days after the sending or filing thereof, copies of all proxy material, reports and other information which the Borrower or any of its Subsidiary sends to or files with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission or sends to any shareholder of the Borrower;
