The Shares are currently traded on the NASDAQ Global Select Market, which is located outside Turkey, under the ticker symbol “FSLR” and the Shares may be sold through this exchange. Exchange Control Notification. Turkish residents are permitted to purchase and sell securities or derivatives traded on exchanges abroad only through a financial intermediary licensed in Turkey. Therefore, the Participant may be required to appoint a Turkish broker to assist the Participant with the sale of the Shares acquired under the Plan. The Participant should consult his or her personal legal advisor before selling any Shares acquired under the Plan to confirm the applicability of this requirement to the Participant.
