Documents and Reports to Noteholders The Indenture Trustee will mail to all Noteholders, as described in Section 313(c) of the TIA, the information, documents and reports (or summaries of such items) supplied to the Indenture Trustee under Section 7.3(a).
Noteholders’ Lists The Issuer covenants and agrees that it will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee, semiannually, not more than fifteen (15) calendar days after each and of each year beginning with , , and at such other times as the Trustee may reasonably request in writing, within thirty (30) calendar days after receipt by the Issuer of any such request (or such lesser time as the Trustee may reasonably request in order to enable it to timely provide any notice to be provided by it hereunder), a list in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require of the names and addresses of the Holders of Notes as of a date not more than fifteen (15) calendar days (or such other date as the Trustee may reasonably request in order to so provide any such notices) prior to the time such information is furnished, except that no such list need be furnished by the Issuer to the Trustee so long as the Trustee is acting as the sole Note Registrar.
CERTIFICATEHOLDERS' LISTS AND REPORTS BY TRUSTEE Section 8.01. The Company to Furnish Trustee with Names and Addresses of Certificateholders. The Company will furnish to the Trustee within 15 days after each Record Date with respect to a Scheduled Payment, and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing within 30 days after receipt by the Company of any such request, a list, in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require, of all information in the possession or control of the Company as to the names and addresses of the Certificateholders, in each case as of a date not more than 15 days prior to the time such list is furnished; provided, however, that so long as the Trustee is the sole Registrar, no such list need be furnished; and provided further, however, that no such list need be furnished for so long as a copy of the Register is being furnished to the Trustee pursuant to Section 7.12.
