Common use of Security Agreements with the Guilds Clause in Contracts

Security Agreements with the Guilds. Furnish to the Administrative Agent duly executed copies of (i) each security agreement relating to an item of Product entered into by a Credit Party with any guild and (ii) an intercreditor agreement (in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent) from the applicable guild with respect to the security interest and other rights granted to it pursuant to each such security agreement delivered to the Administrative Agent pursuant to clause (i) above.

Security Agreements with the Guilds. Furnish to the Administrative Agent duly executed copies of (i) each security agreement relating to an item of Product entered into by a Credit Party with any guild after the Closing Date and (ii) an intercreditor a subordination agreement (in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent) from the applicable guild with respect to the security interest and other rights granted to it pursuant to each such security agreement delivered to the Administrative Agent pursuant to clause (i) above. Each such subordination agreement shall be in the form customarily entered into by the Agent and the applicable guild or in such other form as may be acceptable to the Agent.
