Common use of Security Alarm Clause in Contracts

Security Alarm. A Council representative will unlock and disarm the alarm at a time pre-arranged with management and lock and set the alarm no later than 1.30am. Any breach of security which results in a "call-out" from Council's security company will render the Hirer responsible for charges associated with the provision of this service.
