Security Cameras. Security cameras have been installed throughout the Facility; however, they will not routinely be used in areas where there is an expectation of privacy, such as restrooms or patient care areas.
Security Cameras. If security cameras are present at the property, the listing will disclose this fact. Security cameras are solely for visual (no audio) monitoring outside the property and are not present inside the property. Xxxxxx agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security camera. Xxxxxx agrees not to tamper with the security cameras.
Security Cameras. Video security cameras are located throughout University Housing to monitor and surveil University property for safety, security, and to aid law enforcement. All recording shall be done with recognition of the reasonable expectation of privacy among members of the University community.
Security Cameras. If relevant to discipline of an employee, security video may be made available to the Association or employee for viewing to the extent it was made, exists, or has been retained by the District. If students are personally identifiable on the video, and parent consents or releases have not been obtained by the District, the video shall be available only if students’ images can be obscured to make the students no longer personally identifiable. The District and Association shall split the cost for third-party services if the District lacks software to obscure images.
Security Cameras. Members acknowledge that Fitness Center is monitored by security cameras at all times.
Security Cameras. 1. The union shall have the right to review information recorded by security cameras for purposes of grievance investigation and representation, upon written request.
2. The union will be given notice of all existing camera installations, all scheduled installations and all replacements and upgrades of security cameras.
Security Cameras. A. No surveillance device shall be used or placed in any classroom, lab, or instructional area without the approval of the SVCCFA Executive Committee, and no surveillance device shall be used or placed in a faculty office without the permission of the faculty member unless required by state or federal law.

C. Board Policy 430.01(3) “Security Cameras” is a negotiated item with SVCCFA. Any changes or modifications to Board Policy 430.01(3) “Security Cameras” must be approved with the SVCCFA through the contract negotiation process.
Security Cameras. Renter acknowledges that security cameras are used at our cabins to ensure the security of the premises from theft, unauthorized access, or damage to the property. All security cameras are strategically positioned so as to not interfere with the peaceful possession of our guests or their privacy.
Security Cameras. The primary purpose and use of the security cameras in the District is to monitor illegal activity, unauthorized access to restricted areas, unauthorized removal of personal and/or District property, damage to property and other acts of wrongdoing. The use of security cameras will not occur in restrooms, locker rooms, shower areas, individual classrooms or individual offices. However, individual classrooms and individual offices may be recorded as mutually agreed by the teacher and administrator. Surveillance equipment will not be utilized to observe teacher performance or otherwise be accessed as documentation in the employee evaluation process. Data from the surveillance equipment may be reviewed by the District's personnel in connection with investigations. Access to data involving employees will be limited to appropriate administrative personnel and attorneys, police liaison officers, law enforcement officials and in response to subpoenas or court orders. Such review will take place in the office of one of the parties listed above. In the event data from security cameras is used for the purpose of investigating or disciplining an employee, the following process will be followed:
1. The Employee and the Association will be informed of an investigation of an alleged incident.
2. The Employee under investigation shall be advised of his/her right to be represented in the investigatory meeting regarding the alleged incident, unless the Employee declines representation.
3. Any discipline that may be imposed against the Employee as a result of the alleged incident investigation shall be in accordance with the applicable provisions in this Agreement. All employees are informed, per this contract, of the use of the surveillance equipment. All new employees shall be notified in writing, of the use of surveillance equipment as part of the new employee orientation.
Security Cameras. The security camera system is designed to support security measures and shall not be used for monitoring, disciplining, or evaluating a unit member's performance. However, if a unit member is captured on video involved in theft, or other criminal activity, or violation of district safety rules and regulations, the video recordings may be used in the investigative and disciplinary process.
