Common use of Security and Charge Clause in Contracts

Security and Charge. 9.1 In consideration of the Supplier agreeing to supply the Goods and/or Services and/or Fuel Card and/or Equipment, on credit or otherwise in accordance with this Agreement, the Customer charges all of its rights, title and interest (whether joint or several) in any land, realty, personal property and other assets capable of being charged, owned by the Customer either now or in the future, to secure the performance by the Customer of its obligations under these terms and conditions (including, but not limited to, the payment of any money).

Security and Charge. 9.1 13.1 In consideration of the Supplier Wastech agreeing to supply the Goods and/or Services and/or Fuel Card and/or Equipment, on credit or otherwise in accordance with this AgreementGoods, the Customer charges all of its rights, title and interest (whether joint or several) in any land, realty, personal property and realty or other assets capable of being charged, owned by the Customer either now or in the future, to secure the performance by the Customer of its obligations under these terms and conditions (including, but not limited to, the payment of any money).
