Common use of Security and other services Clause in Contracts

Security and other services. Maha-Metro shall provide reasonable security services in Khapri Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, Airport Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx Nagar Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, Lokmanya Nagar Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, Subhash Nagar Xxxxx Xxxxxxx and Institution of Engineers Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, general cleaning & adequate lighting in the common areas and compound lighting outside the building, operation of existing lifts. In the event that any one of the services provided by Maha- Metro may be interrupted or suspended by reason of accident, repair, alterations, strikes, lockout, etc Maha-Metro shall not be liable for any compensation to the Licensee, however, Maha-Metro shall use its best efforts to restore such services as soon as reasonably possible.
