Security and Safety Alterations. County, at its own cost, may install, and repair and/or replace as needed, in the premises the equipment needed for security systems including, but not limited to, burglar/intruder alarm systems (may include infrared motion sensors, glass break sensors, and door sensors), panic button systems (including, but not limited to, transmitters, receivers, buttons), fire alarm systems, fire extinguishers, and manual and/or electronic access systems, including but not limited to, proximity badge and/or biometric access systems.
