Security Audits and Remediation Sample Clauses

Security Audits and Remediation. USAC and FCC shall conduct audits necessary to ensure compliance with all Applicable Safeguards and the terms of this Agreement. 1. USAC and FCC represents that it has audited and will continue to regularly audit the security of the systems and processes used to provide services under this Agreement, including, as applicable, all data centers and cloud computing or hosting services under contract with USAC and FCC. USAC and FCC will conduct such audits in a manner sufficient to ensure compliance with the security standards referenced in this Agreement. 2. If requested by the Department, USAC and FCC will provide written status updates to the Department on the security audit required above, to the extent permitted by applicable law. The notification will be deemed security information and not public data under the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minn. Stat. § 13.37, subd. 1(a) and 2(a).
