Security Authorization Package. Upon completion of CEHNC and System Owner approval of the POA&M the Contractor shall assist the System Owner in submission of the Security Authorization Package via eMASS into the Package Approval Chain (PAC) for review and approval. The PAC is tiered approval process in which the Security Authorization Package goes through multiple levels of approval by the PAC. The PAC consists of the following eMASS roles:
