Employees who retire early, prior to age 65 on an unreduced OMERS pension, may at their own expense, continue to maintain the coverage of any one or all of the following benefits for themselves and their spouses: Full-time employeesExtended Health Benefits Plan (includes prescription drug plan) as per Article 21.01 (b) • Dental Plan as per Article 21.01 (e) Part-Time Employees • Extended Health Benefits Plan (includes prescription drug plan) as per Article 21.04 (b) • Dental Plan as per Article 21.04 (e) Early retirees may continue to pay these benefits through the Employer up to age 65, at which time all benefits will be cancelled. Upon death of the employee, an eligible spouse and/or eligible dependent covered by benefits will remain on the plan until the end of the current present quarter, at which time coverage will be cancelled. The early retiree will be required to provide payments in advance on a quarterly basis. Failure to pay the premiums on time will result in permanent cancellation of the coverage. Four post-dated cheques may be provided to the Employer at the beginning of each calendar year to cover such quarterly payments. APPENDIX “c”
Network Specialist. (a) The Network Specialists do not have an on-call roster arrangement and therefore do not receive the “On Call” standby allowance. (b) It is however recognised that matters can be escalated to them for their specialist knowledge and therefore on occasions they will be called to address network/server related matters outside of normal working hours. (c) In recognition, the following arrangement will apply: i. Call Out Payment • On Site: Where the Network Specialist is required to travel to a site outside their normal hours of duty to rectify an IT matter, then they are to receive a minimum payment of four (4) hours. The minimum payment shall be increased by fifty percent (50%) for such attendance during a Monday to Friday period and by one hundred percent (100%) when it relates to a Saturday/Sunday or Public Holiday. • Off Site: Where the Network Specialist receives a call after hours and does not have to undertake any travel to address the matter then they shall be paid for the time involved with a minimum of one (1) hour at the appropriate Overtime rate. The appropriate overtime rate for a Monday to Friday period is plus fifty percent (50%) except where the overall time undertaken to resolve this issue or consecutive issues exceeds three (3) hours then such additional time be paid at plus one hundred percent (100%). For time involved to address such matters on a Saturday/Sunday or Public Holiday then the Overtime rate shall be plus one hundred percent (100%).
Network Specialist. A Network Specialist should be conversant with the operations of various types of Networks and associated management tools to diagnose alarms as well as dispatching the appropriate technicians. A Network specialist should be versed in supporting troubleshooting protocols and activities. A Network Specialist shall have knowledge, experience, training and certifications required by the Railroad Customer. Each network Specialist shall be responsible for maintaining and responding to call outs in all territories and will be capable of performing his function without direct supervision.
Network Specialist. Responsible for the design, implementation, and defense of the network. Must meet the Department of Defense Directive (DoDD) 8570.01 “Information Assurance Training, Certification, and Workforce Management” and DoD 8570-M “Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Programrequirements for IAT (Information Assurance Technical) Level 1 or 2, OR IASAE (Information Assurance System Architect and Engineer) Level 1 or 2 OR meet the requirements for any type of Computer Network Defense (CND) professional (CND-A, CND-IS, CND-IR, CND-AU) mentioned in the aforementioned regulations.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011.   • Interoperability To the extent required by applicable law, Cisco shall provide You with the interface information needed to achieve interoperability between the Software and another independently created program.   • Surgery Services This plan covers surgery services to treat a disease or injury when: • the operation is not experimental or investigational, or cosmetic in nature; • the operation is being performed at the appropriate place of service; and • the physician is licensed to perform the surgery. This plan covers reconstructive surgery and procedures when the services are performed to relieve pain, or to correct or improve bodily function that is impaired as a result of: • a birth defect; • an accidental injury; • a disease; or • a previous covered surgical procedure. Functional indications for surgical correction do not include psychological, psychiatric or emotional reasons. This plan covers the procedures listed below to treat functional impairments. • abdominal wall surgery including panniculectomy (other than an abdominoplasty); • blepharoplasty and ptosis repair; • gastric bypass or gastric banding; • nasal reconstruction and septorhinoplasty; • orthognathic surgery including mandibular and maxillary osteotomy; • reduction mammoplasty; • removal of breast implants; • removal or treatment of proliferative vascular lesions and hemangiomas; • treatment of varicose veins; or • gynecomastia.

  • Interface A defined set of transmission facilities that separate Load Zones and that separate the NYCA from adjacent Control Areas. Investor-Owned Transmission Owners. A Transmission Owner that is owned by private investors. At the present time these include: Central Xxxxxx Gas & Electric Corporation, Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc., New York State Electric & Gas Corporation, Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation, Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc., and Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at a P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • The Web Services E-Verify Employer Agent agrees to, consistent with applicable laws, regulations, and policies, commit sufficient personnel and resources to meet the requirements of this MOU.

  • Hospice Services Services are available for a Member whose Attending Physician has determined the Member's illness will result in a remaining life span of six months or less.

  • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are described in the SLA.
