SECURITY/CONFIDENTIALITY OF CUSTOMER DATA. Xxxxxx acknowledges that in the performance of Xxxxxx’s duties under this Addendum, Marval and/or its authorised agent or hosting service provider will have access to Customer’s data, which Marval and such authorised agent or hosting service provider will treat as Confidential Information of Customer and otherwise subject to the terms of the Agreement, including the Confidentiality section thereof.

  • Severability Any provision of this Agreement that is prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such prohibition or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions hereof, and any such prohibition or unenforceability in any jurisdiction shall not invalidate or render unenforceable such provision in any other jurisdiction.
