To Customer. To the extent Goods or any of their substances fall within the scope of other chemical control regulations, Supplier confirms and represents that the Goods or any of their substances, are fully compliant with these regulations.

To Customer. This Agreement documents the terms and conditions under which Customer agrees to purchase and M&I agrees to provide the Services.
To Customer. Unless expressly stated otherwise in this Agreement, in the event Allied is required or desires to provide Customer with notice under this Agreement, it will provide electronic notice to the e-mail address on file. In the event that Customer changes its e-mail address, Customer shall advise Allied immediately in writing. By Customer’s acceptance of this Agreement, Customer agrees to electronic delivery of all required notifications including invoices, unless otherwise provided for herein.

To Customer. Alteva communicates with its customers primarily via email. Notices to Customers shall be sent to the email address specified by Customer at the time of registration for the Services or as subsequently specified by Customer (“Customer’s Email”). Customer is responsible for notifying Alteva of any change to Customer’s Email. Customer agrees that sending a message to the Customer’s Email is the agreed-upon means for Alteva to provide notice to Customer. Email is used to communicate important information about the Services, Charges, billing, changes to the Services and other information. The information is time-sensitive. It is required that Customer read any email sent to the Customer’s Email in a timely manner in order to avoid any potential interruption in the Services.
To Customer. Notices to Customer shall be sent by certified or overnight mail to its invoicing address specified by Customer in the Order or its current address in Vertafore’s invoicing records; by means of a notice, which may be a general notice, on the Online Services; or by electronic mail to Customer’s administrator or billing e-mail address on record in Vertafore’s account information.
To Customer. Confidential Treatment has been requested for certain redacted provisions of this agreement. The redacted provisions are identified by three asterisks, enclosed by brackets and underlined. The confidential portion has been filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
To Customer. For all other notices or communications to Customer, Datadog will contact (i) a Customer Administrator (including in connection with Section 8.3) via email; (ii) Customer’s billing contact provided in an applicable Order or in the Account Data (in connection with Section 5) via email; or (iii) for notices not specific to Customer, through the Services.
