In the event any Security Deposit check is dishonored, for any reason, by the bank upon which it is drawn, Holder shall promptly notify all parties to this Agreement of the same. Tenant shall have three (3) banking days after notice to deliver good funds to Holder. In the event Tenant does not timely deliver good funds, Landlord shall have the right to terminate this Lease upon notice to Tenant.
