Security Documents and Guaranty Agreements. (a) All Obligations under this Agreement and all other Loan Documents shall be secured in accordance with the Security Documents. (b) All Obligations under this Agreement and all other Loan Documents shall be unconditionally guaranteed by the Nexstar Entities pursuant to the Nexstar Guaranty of Mission Obligations and by any Subsidiaries of the Borrower pursuant to one or more Subsidiary Guaranty Agreements.
