Security Effective Notwithstanding Date of Advance. The Security shall be effective and the undertakings in this Agreement and the other Loan Documents with respect thereto shall be continuing, whether the monies hereby or thereby secured or any part thereof shall be advanced before or after or at the same time as the creation of any such Security or before or after or upon the date of execution of this Agreement. The Security shall not be affected by any payments on this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, but shall constitute continuing security to and in favour of the Lender for the Obligations from time to time.
