Common use of Security Enforceable Clause in Contracts

Security Enforceable. The security constituted by, and the rights of the Agent and the Beneficiaries under, this Charge shall be enforceable notwithstanding any change in the constitution of the Agent or any Beneficiary or its absorption in or amalgamation with any other person or the acquisition of all or part of its undertaking by any other person.
