Common use of Security Enforced Clause in Contracts

Security Enforced. a secured party takes possession, or a receiver, manager or other similar officer is appointed, of the whole or any substantial part of the undertaking, assets and revenues of the Issuer, or any of its Principal Subsidiaries and is not discharged within 60 days; or

Security Enforced. a secured party takes possession, or a receiver, manager or other similar officer is appointedappointed over, in each case for a continuous period of 60 days or more, of the whole or any substantial part of the undertaking, assets and revenues of the Issuer, Issuer or any of its Principal Subsidiaries and is not discharged within 60 daysMaterial Subsidiaries; or
