Security Failures. County has the right to immediately terminate this Contract with cause pursuant to Paragraph K, K (“Termination, ”) of General Terms and the right to receive Contractor’s payment of any pre-paid fees prorated to the date of termination Conditions if County in its sole discretion determines there is a Security Failure. A Security Failure means Contractor or its subcontractors, or the employees or agents of the foregoing, does not meet the security requirements of this Contract, including any backup, disaster recovery, or other policies, practices, or procedures related to security of County Data and County Resources. The remedy provided in this paragraph is not exclusive and is in addition to any other rights and remedies provided by law or under this Contract.
