SECURITY FOR AND PARITY OF LESSOR NOTES. All Lessor Notes issued and outstanding hereunder shall rank on a parity with each other and shall as to each other be secured equally and ratably by this Indenture, without preference, priority or distinction of any thereof over any other by reason of difference in time of issuance or otherwise.
