Security for Lessor's Obligations to Holders. In order to secure the indebtedness evidenced by the Certificates, the Indenture provides among other things, for the assignment by the Lessor to the Indenture Trustee of this Lease and the Lease Supplement and for the creation of a first mortgage and security interest in favor of the Indenture Trustee on the Aircraft. The Lessee consents to and acknowledges such assignment (subject to the reservations and conditions therein set forth) and the receipt of a copy of the Indenture.
