SECURITY GUIDELINES. In cooperation with the National Apartment Association, we would like to give you some important safety guidelines. We recommend that you follow these guidelines and use common sense in practicing safe conduct. Inform all other occupants in your dwelling, including any children you may have, about these guidelines PERSONAL SECURITY--WHILE INSIDE YOUR APARTMENT
SECURITY GUIDELINES. 37.2.1 Both Parties will maintain accurate records, subject to audit, that monitor user authentication and machine integrity and confidentiality (e.g., password assignment and aging, chronological logs configured, system accounting data, etc.).
SECURITY GUIDELINES. Landlord disclaims any express or implied warranties of security in an around the Community. Inform all other occupants in the Premises about these guidelines. Landlord recommends that all residents and occupants use common sense and follow crime prevention tips, such as those listed below: • In case of emergency, call 911. Always report emergencies to authorities first and then contact Landlord. • Report any suspicious activity to the police first, and then follow up with a written notice to Landlord. Know your neighbors. Watching out for each other is one of the best defenses against crime. Always be aware of your surroundings and avoid areas that are not well-traveled or well-lit. Keep your keys handy at all times when walking to your car or home. • Do not go inside if you arrive home and find your door open. Call the police from another location and ask them to meet you before entering. • Make sure door locks, window latches and sliding glass doors are properly secured at all times. Use the keyless deadbolt in your unit when you are at home. • Do not put your name or address on your key ring or hide extra keys in obvious places, like under a flowerpot. If you lose a key or have concerns about key safety, Landlord will rekey your locks at your expense, in accordance with the Lease. • Check the door viewer before answering the door. Do not open the door if you do not know the person or have any doubts. • Regularly check your security devices and smoke detectors to make sure they are working properly. Smoke detector batteries should be tested monthly and replaced at least twice a year at Resident’s expense. • Immediately report in writing (dated and signed) to Landlord any needed repairs of security devices, doors, windows, smoke detectors, as well as any other malfunctioning safety devices in the Premises and the Community, such as broken access gates, burned out exterior lights, etc. • If your doors or windows are not secure due to a malfunction or break-in, stay with a friend or neighbor until the problem is fixed. • When you leave home, make sure someone knows where you are going and when you plan to be back. • Lock your doors and leave a radio or TV playing softly while you are gone. Close curtains, blinds, and window shades at night. • While gone for an extended period, secure your home and use lamp timers. Also, stop all deliveries (such as newspaper and mail) or have these items picked up daily by a friend. • Know at least two exit routes from the...
SECURITY GUIDELINES. The following guidelines are designed to deal with the industrial relations difficulty that arise where security measures are taken concerning an employee suspected of dishonest practices. They should have application in normal situations but it ought to be understood that, if abnormal situations arise making it impossible for them to be adhered to, the union accept, in the place of the guidelines, such protective measures as are within the spirit of the guidelines but which may not be embraced within their written terms. The guidelines have no relevance to the questioning of staff in the ordinary course of employment concerning security matters unconnected with any liability by the employee whose assistance is being sought by the security personnel.
SECURITY GUIDELINES. The Evaluation Laboratory shall conduct all Evaluation Process tests through its Accredited Facilities and in accordance with this Agreement and the Security Requirements.
SECURITY GUIDELINES. 4.1 Information must only be processed by computer in accordance with relevant IT policies notified by the Company to the Contractor, from time to time.
SECURITY GUIDELINES. F.1.1 These guidelines deal with situations where a team member is being investigated by BIG W for engaging in a suspected dishonest practice (e.g. theft).
SECURITY GUIDELINES. 1. To provide restricted and protected access to the BDB Portal and to ensure secure communications within the BDB Portal Services, THE CUSTOMER will be responsible for following the procedures of authentication and security pre- established by THE BANK for the creation of the password and access to its web page. The password will act as a digital signature for every transaction made by THE CUSTOMER on the BDB Portal.
SECURITY GUIDELINES. As a material term of this Agreement, Licensee agrees that it shall maintain at its various facilities, and shall similarly require that its subcontractors (if applicable) also maintain, (a) adequate security systems and systems for accounting to protect against theft and/or loss of any Callaway Golf tangible or intangible property (including any specifications related thereto) and the Licensed Trademarks (collectively, “Callaway Golf Property”), and (b) adequate security systems and systems for accounting for the Licensed Products, and to protect against theft and/or loss of the Licensed Products. Licensee agrees to promptly implement, at its expense, any adjustments and/or changes to such systems as required by Callaway Golf (“Security Requirements”). During the term of this Agreement and any extended term hereof, Licensee shall also take all necessary measures to prevent theft or loss from Licensee’s facilities of all Licensed Products being manufactured for Callaway Golf (including all component parts thereof), and Callaway Golf Property. Licensee will also take all necessary measures to prevent the unauthorized production of Licensed Products and Callaway Golf Property in Licensee’s facilities (“overruns”) and the entry of such overruns into the marketplace. Licensee also agrees to assist Callaway Golf in its efforts to prevent counterfeiting of the Licensed Products and Callaway Golf Property by immediately reporting to Callaway Golf any information it obtains concerning the counterfeiting of such Licensed Products and Callaway Golf Property, and by cooperating fully in Callaway Golf’s investigations of the counterfeiting of the Licensed Products and/or Callaway Golf Property. Licensee’s failure to implement and to adhere to the provisions of this Section shall be grounds for termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 8.2(a)(vi) of this Agreement.
