Security Incident Response and Notice. A. BNYM will maintain a documented incident management process designed to ensure timely detection of security events and response thereto. B. In the event of a declared Security Incident, BNYM will (i) promptly notify the Fund, (ii) provide updates to the Fund regarding BNYM’s response and (iii) use reasonable efforts to implement measures designed to prevent a reoccurrence of Security Incidents of a similar nature.
