Security Incidents and Suspected Breaches of Confidential Information. If CONTRACTOR has reason to believe that PSEI or PHI transmitted hereunder may have been accessed, disclosed or acquired in breach of this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall immediately take all actions necessary to preserve forensic evidence and to identify, mitigate and remediate the cause of the suspected breach.
