Security Interest becoming unenforceable. If any Security Interest or guarantee, permission, authorization, issued by the competent authorities with respect to the legality of the security or any construction, as provided under this Agreement becomes unenforceable or is withdrawn or is challenged by the Borrower or any other person for any reason whatsoever.
