Security Interests Absolute. All rights of the Secured Party, all Obligations of the Grantor and the liens hereunder are absolute and unconditional, irrespective of any lack of validity or enforceability of the Service Agreement, any other related document or any other agreement, or any other circumstance which might otherwise constitute a defense available to, or a discharge of, the Grantor in respect of the Obligations or this Agreement.
