Common use of Security Interests in System Clause in Contracts

Security Interests in System. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, Trustees acknowledge and agree that Licensee may grant or cause to be granted to a Lender a security interest in the System and Licensee’s rights under this Agreement, and Trustees expressly disclaim and waive any rights they may have in the System at law or in equity. Any security interest in or mortgage of the System shall not create any right or interest in the Site or the Licensed Area and shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
