Rights/Obligations. (a) The Union and the Employer agree that there must be mutual respect for the rights and obligations of the Union and the Employer and the representatives of each.

Section 2. The provisions of this Article and Articles 10.1 through 10.5 cover temporary employees. However, pay status provisions of this Article and Articles 10.1 through 10.5 shall not apply to temporary employees; instead temporary employees will be unscheduled rather than being in pay status or on paid or unpaid leaves for authorized activities. Such activities shall attempt to be scheduled during the temporary employee Xxxxxxx’x non-work hours.

Rights/Obligations. The Lender shall have the right to monitor and supervise the use of the Loan and understand the solvency of the Borrower. The Borrower shall provide the relevant information truthfully. If the Borrower fails to use the loan as terms and conditions stipulated in the Contract, the Lender shall have the right to recover part of the loan and impose penalty interest on the default part in accordance with the provisions of the Bank. In case of prepayment by the Lender, the interest shall be reduced as required.
Rights/Obligations. 3.1 The Customer agrees to provide Tension with access to premises, equipment, internet access, software, intellectual property rights, documentation or anything Tension reasonably deems necessary for the performance of the Assignment, whether explicitly included in the Dependency List or otherwise
3.2 The Customer shall provide Tension with all items of access and accreditation, such as admission tickets, keys etc, no later than fourteen days prior to the date of relevant performance under the Assignment. The Customer shall also facilitate Tension’s performance of the Assignment by ensuring that Tension is informed about prevailing conditions and circumstances related to the Customer’s activities and IT-environment, which may be necessary for the performance of the Assignment, and that all such information provided is correct and complete.
3.3 The Customer undertakes to, in reasonable time, carry out agreed preparations and take other steps necessary for any installations in accordance with Tension’s reasonable instructions.
3.4 The Customer accepts that the Onsite and Tensions logos are included in any start screens and in apps that Tension produces under the Assignment.
Rights/Obligations. A Financing Party may enforce its lien or other rights and acquire title to the System or Tenant’s interest in this Lease (collectively, the “System Estate”) in any lawful way, pending foreclosure of such lien or exercise of such other rights, any Financing Party may take possession of and operate the System Estate. Upon foreclosure of such lien by power of sale, judicial foreclosure or acquisition of the System Estate by deed in lieu of foreclosure, a Financing Party may, upon notice to Landlord, sell and assign the System Estate to a third party. No Financing Party shall have any obligation or liability under this Agreement prior to the time that such Financing Party or its designee succeeds to absolute title to Tenant’s interest in this Agreement. Following and only following the acquisition of the System Estate by a Financing Party or its designee as set forth above, the Financing Party or other person acquiring title to the System Estate shall (i) within twenty (20) days of acquiring the System Estate, cure all defaults by Tenant hereunder that are capable of being cured; provided, however, if such defaults cannot be cured within the said twenty (20) day period, the cure period shall be extended for a reasonable period of time for the Financing Party or other person to cure such default as long as Financing Party or other person has commenced cure and is diligently pursuing the same; and (ii) assume and commence performance of all of Tenant’s obligations under this Lease thereafter arising. Landlord agrees that no Financing Party shall be obligated to perform any obligation or be deemed to incur any liability or obligation provided in this Lease on the part of Tenant or shall have any obligation or liability to Landlord with respect to this Lease except to the extent any Financing Party has expressly assumed the obligations of Tenant hereunder pursuant to this Section 6.3.
Rights/Obligations. 3.1. The Supervisor is aware that the Student is taking a course that concludes with a written analysis report to be presented at a seminar at the Department. The course also includes certain compulsory elements, which the Student must have the opportunity to complete. The Supervisor certifies that he or she is aware of the learning outcomes for the course and has made the assessment that the Student is able to achieve these within the scope of the research internship. The Supervisor assists the Student with drawing up an internship plan.
3.2. The Supervisor is responsible for introducing the Student to the research project and for making sure that the Student understands the content and scope of the internship as well as the ethical guidelines that must be followed within the research project.
3.3. The Student is to be given a coherent task that they are able to solve independently under supervision. The Supervisor is to be available to support the Student in their work and help solve various types of problems that the Student may face during the internship period. The Supervisor shall provide guidance and instructions on various tasks to enable the Student to solve them independently, after which the Supervisor is also to follow up the work.
3.4. The Student shall be given the opportunity to spend 8 full hours/week on course- related assignments.

Except as required by any mandatory provision of the Act, no Special Member, in such Person’s capacity as a Special Member, shall have a right to vote on, approve or otherwise consent to any action by, or matter relating to, the Company, including, without limitation, the merger, consolidation or conversion of the Company; provided, however, such prohibition shall not limit the obligations of a Special Member, in such Person’s capacity as an Independent Manager, to vote on any Material Action.
Rights/Obligations. It is expressively understood that Ector County does not purport to grant any right, claim, title or easement in this right-of-way; and it is further understood that Grantor may require the Grantee, at the Grantee’s expense, to lower or relocate this line, subject to provisions of governing laws, by giving thirty (30) days written notice.
