Security Interests (Recordings and Filings. Each of the documents and instruments set forth in Schedule 4.15.A (i) shall have been delivered to the Administrative Agent for recording or filing or (ii) shall have been recorded or filed in the respective places or offices set forth in Schedule 4.15.A and, in each such case, any and all recording and filing fees with respect thereto shall have been paid, and each of the other actions set forth in Schedule 4.15.A shall have been taken.
