Common use of Security of Supply Clause in Contracts

Security of Supply. Upon conclusion of this Storage Customer Framework Agreement, the Storage Customer accepts to abide by the provision of General Terms and Conditions for Gas Transport and Gas Storage Denmarks’s Rules for Gas Storage pertaining to security of supply with respect to any quantities of Natural Gas covered by filling requirements. In particular the Storage Customer accepts that the Storage Facilities are part of Energinet's security supply strategy and that Energinet there- fore has the right to include quantities of Natural Gas owned by the Storage Customer and subject to filling requirements in such security of supply, cf. clause 16 in
