Security or Equipment Problems. Any security or equipment problems arising from the use of technology resources must be reported to the Technology Coordinator. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS WHAT IF I ALREADY HAVE ANOTHER MODEL OR BRAND OF LAPTOP? You will be required to use the school issued laptop for school purposes. This is necessary to ensure that you have a computer that gives you network capability and the ability to run the software that you will need in your courses. The Seattle Hebrew Academy is also limited to provide maintenance service or assistance for laptops purchased by the school. CAN I HAVE MY LAPTOP DURING THE SUMMER? Extenuating circumstance: If a student is enrolled in a BYOD academic summer program, the Technology Coordinator will make an effort to prioritize the maintenance of that student’s laptop. However, we cannot guarantee a timeframe for maintenance completion. Proof of enrollment and BYOD requirement is necessary for any priority requests.

  • Your Equipment All equipment and facilities provided by you for use with your Services is “Customer Equipment.” You are solely responsible for installing, maintaining, configuring, repairing, replacing, upgrading and using your Customer Equipment. Astound has no responsibility whatsoever with respect to your Customer Equipment. If your Customer Equipment impairs the Services, you will remain liable for payment of the applicable Fees for your Services. If, at your request, Xxxxxxx should attempt to resolve difficulties caused by your Customer Equipment, such efforts will be performed at Astound’s discretion and at Astound’s then- current standard hourly rates for such work. Any Customer Equipment you use in connection with the Services must meet Astound’s then-current minimum technical and other requirements.

  • Customer Equipment Customer represents and warrants that it owns or has the legal right and authority, and will continue to own or maintain the legal right and authority during the term of this Agreement, to place and use the Customer Equipment as contemplated by this Agreement. Customer further represents and warrants that its placement, arrangement, and use of the Customer Equipment in the Internet Data Centers complies with the Customer Equipment Manufacturer's environmental and other specifications.

  • Condition of the Contractor’s Property or Equipment The Contractor shall make the Property and/or equipment available to the Judicial Council, pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The Contractor shall immediately remedy any problem with the Property’s physical plant or equipment that impairs or diminishes the quality of the Program. The Contractor shall ensure the appropriate hot water, heating, and ventilation is provided at the Property during the Program, inclusive in the prices set forth herein.

  • Equipment Procurement If responsibility for construction of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities or System Upgrade Facilities or System Deliverability Upgrades is to be borne by the Connecting Transmission Owner, then the Connecting Transmission Owner shall commence design of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities or System Upgrade Facilities or System Deliverability Upgrades and procure necessary equipment as soon as practicable after all of the following conditions are satisfied, unless the Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner otherwise agree in writing:

  • System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Appendix A hereto. The responsibility of the Developer for costs related to System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Attachment S to the NYISO OATT.

  • Contractor’s Equipment Payment for required equipment owned by the Construction Manager or an affiliate of the Construction Manager will be based solely on an hourly rate derived by dividing the current appropriate monthly rate by 176 hours. No payment will be made under any circumstances for repair costs, freight and transportation charges, fuel, lubricants, insurance, any other costs and expenses, or overhead and profit. Payment for such equipment made idle by delays attributable to the Government will be based on one-half the derived hourly rate under this subsection.

  • STANDARD EQUIPMENT All items of standard equipment which are provided by the OEM shall be furnished unless such items are expressly deleted by the Authorized User or are specified to be other than standard in the Mini-Bid. When Optional equipment is specified, all components listed in the OEM’s data book as being included with the Option shall be furnished.
