Security over funding cash cover The Indemnifier undertakes, at its own expense, to execute such documents as the Agent may require in order to create or perfect in the Agent's favour a restriction on withdrawal or repayment of any amount paid by the Indemnifier under Clause 6.4 and/or a security in or over such amount, in each case to secure or support the Indemnifier's liabilities to the Agent under this Agreement.
