SECURITY SERVICE LEVELS. (A) In no event shall the Weighting Factor points (from both the BPaaS Pool Percentage Available for Allocation and the Non-BPaaS Pool Percentage Available for Allocation) allocated to any Security Service Level exceed ***.
(B) Weighting Factor points allocated to Security Service Levels from the BPaaS Pool Percentage Available for Allocation, and Performance Payments resulting therefrom, shall be included for purposes of applying the restrictions set forth in Sections 4.8(a)(ii) and (iii), but Weighting Factor points allocated to Security Service Levels from the Non-BPaaS Pool Percentage Available for Allocation, and Performance Payments resulting therefrom, shall not be included for purposes of applying such restrictions.
SECURITY SERVICE LEVELS. 6.1 The Customer is responsible for the security and proper use of all User IDs, and passwords and security checkwords which are used in connection with the Service (including changing such User IDs, passwords and security checkwords on a regular basis) and will take all necessary steps to ensure that they are kept confidential, secure, used properly and not disclosed to unauthorised people.
6.2 The SMS service Supplier must demonstrate that the system is compliant with the latest version of the HMG Security Policy Framework (Current version v7, Oct 2011) minimum mandatory outcomes as set out in the four policy areas.
6.3 The SMS service Supplier must produce an RMADS for the solution (format agreed as high level).
6.4 The SMS service must gain FCO Accreditation.
