Security Services. 12.1 The Contractor shall administer the Eligible User’s site security procedures and post orders. 12.2 The Contractor shall provide supervision of Security Officers, as required by the Eligible User’s SLA. 12.3 The Contractor shall ensure that current, applicable security licenses, and driver’s licenses or state identification cards are kept on the Security Officer’s person while he/she is on duty. 12.4 The Contractor shall ensure that Security Officers providing services under this Contract and Eligible Users’ SLAs maintain appropriate discipline, appearance, professional demeanor, integrity, and attention to duty. 12.5 The Contractor shall ensure that Security Officers perform all services in accordance with oral or written instructions provided by the Eligible User. 12.6 The Contractor shall ensure that Security Officers contact the Eligible User for guidance if situations arise that Security Officers cannot handle.
