Security Surcharge Clause Samples
A Security Surcharge clause establishes an additional fee charged to cover costs related to security measures or risks. This surcharge may be applied to transactions, services, or goods where heightened security protocols are necessary, such as handling valuable items, operating in high-risk areas, or complying with regulatory requirements. The core function of this clause is to allocate the financial burden of enhanced security to the party benefiting from or necessitating those measures, ensuring that the provider is compensated for extra expenses incurred.
Security Surcharge. In addition to Monthly Fee and Ancillary Fee(s), if any, Customer shall pay a surcharge equal to five percent (5.00%) of the monthly invoice for Cash Recycler Services.
Security Surcharge. In addition to the monthly fee set forth in Attachment B-1, Service Area Locations and Rates, a standard security surcharge of 5% will be applied to the base rate each month.
Security Surcharge if the Hirer and the Hirer’s party fail to vacate the Premises within 30 minutes of the agreed event end time a payment of £100 per half hour (or any part of an hour where a full hour is not completed) + VAT.
