Security Safeguards definition

Security Safeguards means all of the Administrative, Physical, and Technical Safeguards in an Information System.
Security Safeguards means physical, technical, administrative or organizational security procedures and practices put in place by the Consultant (or any Authorized Persons) that relate to the protection of the security, confidentiality, value, or integrity of Personal Information. Security Safeguards shall satisfy the minimal requirements set forth in section 10.3(C) of this agreement.

  • Safeguards Monitoring Report means each report prepared and submitted by the Borrower to ADB that describes progress with implementation of and compliance with the EMP and the RP, including any corrective and preventative actions;
